Our building company has the collective goal to eliminate all injuries, occupational illnesses, unsafe practices and incidents of environmental harm from our activities. We believe that our work is never so urgent or important that we cannot take the time to do it safely and in an environmentally responsible manner. We recognise that leadership is important in the creation of a culture that supports and promotes a strong health and safety performance within our firm. Our managers and team leaders motivate employees to the highest levels of safety and productivity.
Our employees and subcontractors, regardless of the capacity in which they work, assume responsibility for safety awareness and consciousness. This responsibility is met by maintaining safe conditions and performing duties in accordance with safe work practices.
Through the prioritisation and implementation of our safety management system, we have not had any serious accidents, incidents, or occurrences on any of our sites.
